After launching your BliPPer by giving it to a friend or leaving it in a public place, you can track it's progress toward it's goals and throughout the world by watching it's BlipBlog, which is a blog of all the places your blipper has been found. The people who find your BliPPer can upload pictures of your BliPPer accomplishing it's goals and contribute your your BliPPer's blog.
You can also be notified by e-mail whenever someone finds and logs the code on your BliPPer, if you choose. You can opt out of email notification at any time.
The challenge is to see if you can make a BliPPer that actually achieves it's goals before it dies (gets lost or thrown away)!. The choices you make in terms of materials, the name and goals you give it, and the way in which you launch it will determine if you are sucessful.
